• Meeting at the airport and departure for Thessaloniki
• Arrival, transfer to hotel to settle in
• In the afternoon a first walk to get to know the beautiful town of Thessaloniki
• Overnight

Thursday

26/10

• Breakfast and departure to Kalampaka and the cliffs of Meteora and where some of the most important monastic communities in Greece are located
• Meteora are a UNESCO world heritage monument
• We will visit the Monastery of the Great Meteoron, the Monastery of St.Stephen and we will see many monasteries literally clinging on the rocks
• Transfer to the town of Trikala and overnight

Friday

27/10

• Breakfast and departure to Veroia and the Monastery of St. Kyriaki
• We will continue to the town of Veroia and the Altar of Saint Paul the Apostle, the place where he preached 
• Immediately after we leave for the town of Edessa, well known for its waterfalls that we will have the opportunity to admire
• Return to Thessaloniki and overnight

Saturday

28/10

• Breakfast and departure to Skra lake where we will enjoy the turquoise waters and the waterfalls
• Return to Thessaloniki where we will visit the Church of St.Dimitrios, patron Saint of Thessaloniki, Aghia Sofia Church and we walk along the wonderful seafront, to the White Tower, the most important landmark of the town
• Overnight

Sunday

29/10

• Breakfast and departure to Souroti. We will pay our respects to the tomb of St.Paisios, at the monastery of St. John the Theologian
• We will continue to Chalkidiki and Ouranoupolis, where we will broad a ship for a voyage around Mt.Athos. We will be able to admire the Monasteries that are on the Holy Mountain, a place that no females are allowed to visit
• Overnight

Monday

30/10

• Breakfast and departure to Kavala after a picturesque journey and stops for coffee and refreshments at seaside resorts
• Visit to the ancient site of Amphipolis and the Baptistery of Lydia, where Apostle Paul baptised the first Greek and European Christian woman
• Arrival and we will admire this historical, very pretty city, built next to the sea
• We will see the Castle of Kavala, the Kamares old Roman Aqueduct
• Return to Thessaloniki and overnight

Tuesday

• Breakfast and free time for walks and shopping in Thessaloniki
• Transfer to airport and return flight
